The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and it was a pleasant surprise to find that our twin room actually had four beds. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of amenities, and the mini-bar was a convenient addition. The hotel's location was great, as it was near the city but still a short drive to the airport. The pool was warm and clean, although it would have been even better if there was pool-side beverage service available.

There was a language barrier with some of the staff, making communication difficult at times. the location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was far from the city and the beach, requiring expensive taxi rides to get around.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly personable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even remembering our names. The spacious and well-furnished room provided us with a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the hotel's location was conveniently close to the restaurants on the island, making it easy for us to venture out and try different cuisines.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel here met all of my luxurious needs with their exclusive amenities, including a massage and beauty treatment. the spacious and well-furnished room also had a private outdoor swimming pool, garden area, and BBQ facilities which made for a truly excellent stay. the restaurant had a variety of special diet menus and the staff provided exceptional service.

My only minor issue was the Wi-Fi connection strength in the room, it could have been improved. this was not a big issue as I really enjoyed the overall experience.

The room was large and comfortable, with a good mattress, shower, and bath. the free wifi was a nice bonus. the breakfast had a good variety of options, both Japanese and continental. I also appreciated the discounts I received on the breakfast coupons.

The hotel was quite far away from the town and the beach, so getting around was a bit of a hassle. the language barrier was also a challenge, as only one staff member spoke English.
